Extra Friday Workouts

Extra Friday give gymnasts the opportunity to workout alongside our travel team gymnasts to further advance and build on the gymnastics skills learned in their weekly class. Workouts will be offered on select Fridays for only $15/workout and spaces will be limited. Sign up on the calendar below!

In-House Competitions

In-house competitions, will give gymnasts the opportunity to perform the routines they have learned and receive a score from our judges. Leotards can be purchased in the Pro Shop. These competitions will be held on the weekends before our quarterly Show Weeks for only $50/meet and spaces will be limited. Sign up on the calendar below!
